RESERVATIONS

Extended Search has been enhanced.

EMAIL

The Email utility in Easy Trip has been greatly enhanced to handle better tracking. The error codes for failed email delivery has been improved to assist clients with configuration issues.

Emailed reports such as Reservation Trip Sheets are sent as a PDF.

IMPORT MODULE

Additional Easy Trip Reservation fields have been incorporated into the Import Module and may be added to your On Line Reservation form.

After your customer completes an On Line Reservation form, provided on your web site, the new Reservation is immediately available in Easy Trip.

These new fields and features are available when the Import Module is used in conjunction with the ET Web App.

INTERNAL ENHANCEMENTS

We have upgraded the computer language used to develop Easy Trip Software. This will provide better memory management, improved speed, and several other internal changes.

CREDIT CARD PROCESSING

We have upgraded to the newest version of the integrated Credit Card software used with Easy Trip. New reports have been added and View By searches have been enhanced.

REPORTS

Several new Reports have been added for Accounting, Credit Cards, Drivers, Invoices, and Reservations.
