FARM IN / FARM OUT    (Updated: June 2010)

A new field for an Agency email address has been added. Farm In / Farm Out Agency reports have been updated.

IMPROVED SEARCH SCREENS    (Updated: May 2010)

The display screen for browsing Customers, Reservations, Invoices, Accounting, Drivers, Vehicles, and almost all of the support browser screens, have been replaced with a new browser. These changes to Easy Trip add additional functionality, improved speed, and better searching capabilities. The horizontal and vertical scroll bars have been upgraded to reflect themes.

CREDIT CARD DISPLAY    (Updated: May 2010)

A new setting has been added to disable the Credit Card Expiration Date from printing on Reservation Reports. Easy Trip previously had a setting to show only the last four digits of Credit Cards.

CREDIT CARD PROCESSING

Easy Trip has been upgraded to integrate with PcCharge Version 5.8.3. Customers that would like to update from PcCharge Version 5.7.1 must update Easy Trip at the same time.

REPORTS    (Updated: May/June 2010)

Several new Reports have been added for Customer, Reservations, Deposits Paid, and Accounting.

WINDOWS VERSIONS

Easy Trip has been fully tested and will operate correctly on Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista 32-bit and 64-bit, Windows 7 32-bit and 64-bit. Easy Trip has also be tested on Windows Server, Advanced Server, and Windows 2003 Server.

ET UPDATES & INSTALL PROGRAMS

All of our Easy Trip install and update programs have been enhanced to run smoothly on Windows Vista and Windows 7 32-bit & 64-bit operating systems.

Existing Windows 32 bit operating sytems will be able to utilize the same update and install programs.
