Our company has been using Easy Trip software since January 1995. We started with the Dos version and moved to the Windows version in 2001. The ease and flexibility of the program is outstanding. The developers are open to new ideas from their clients and we have seen a lot of new features added over the past eleven years.

Technical support is often over overlooked at software companies, but not at BG Consulting. They are available to assist us when we need help. I am truly impressed with their willingness to guide us through things and answer our questions.

Our company has been using the ET Web App for two years now. My chauffeurs just can not live without it. The PDF format of the trip sheets works for everyone, no matter what kind of computer they have. I feel secure using this product and knowing that my company data is not uploaded to some computer I know nothing about. I have seen the Web App in use and all it does is feed the data my driver is allowed to see, back to his computer.

I strongly believe that any company wanting to stay competitive in this industry, needs to be using Easy Trip software and the ET Web App.

In 1994, First Class Transportation, Inc. was one of the first East coast users of Easy Trip. BG Consulting converted our data from LMS and had us up and running in no time. Since then, we have used both the single user and networking versions of the software.

Every release of the software has been stable and very user friendly. Maintenance releases are very easy and quick to install. Along with all of this, we have found BG Consulting to be receptive to our suggestions for future enhancements and technical support has been excellent in spite of the differences in our time zones.

We have been using Easy Trip for seven years and purchased the ET Web App in June 2006. It makes the job for corporate travel managers much easier. Clients can view their reservations at any time day or night, print confirmations, or a manifest of scheduled trips, from anywhere in the world. When runs are complete and they want an invoice, my clients can login and print them without picking up the phone to call our office for a fax or email copy.

The flexibility of the Web App allows my chauffeurs to print their daily trip sheets from the comfort of their home, instead of coming to the office all the time. It helps them keep up with our ever changing reservation schedule.

This is a must have product for ALL Chauffeured Transportation Companies. Thank you for creating such a fantastic tool.
